*For the app to be able to give you nudges, it uses location tracking to determine how long the screen has been on, and push notifications to deliver the nudges. The app does not save your location data or any other data about you. It is purely a charitable app, funded by donations, hoping only to inspire fuller lives. If you prefer not to get notifications, the app is still useful because it contains suggestions of how you can be living your fullest life, which will periodically change to provide new inspirations for your time.
**Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
